Bridal makeup by Haleh Ahmadi is a fully customised wedding-day service that includes skin preparation, a look designed for both in-person and photography, and application on location on the morning of the wedding.

Is a bridal trial available?
Yes. A bridal trial is a separate, dedicated session before the wedding to design the look, test how it wears and photographs, and record the details so it can be recreated precisely on the day.

A look built for the whole day, not just the first photograph
A wedding day is long, warm, emotional and photographed from every angle. The makeup has to survive all of it. That starts with preparation: the skin is cleansed, hydrated and balanced for its type before a single product goes on top, and the base is chosen for the length of the day and the temperature of the venue.
From there the look is built in layers rather than applied as a template. Coverage is placed where it is needed and left off where it is not, warmth is added where the light naturally falls, and the eye is defined to the depth you actually want — not the depth a trend dictates.

Natural, soft glam or full glam, decided together
Most brides describe what they want as somewhere between natural and glam. The point of a trial is to find exactly where on that line you feel most like yourself. Natural bridal makeup keeps the skin luminous and the definition soft. Soft glam adds a warmer eye, more sculpting and a fuller lash while keeping the skin fresh. Full glam is deeper and more graphic, and photographs beautifully in evening light.
There is no default look. The direction is chosen with you, then written down so nothing has to be re-explained on the morning of the wedding.
On-location bridal makeup across Metro Vancouver
Haleh travels to your getting-ready location, home, hotel suite, venue or photography studio — with a full professional kit. Timings are planned backwards from your first-look or ceremony time so the schedule holds even when the morning runs behind.

How long does bridal makeup take?
Plan for a dedicated block for the bride, with additional time for each member of the bridal party. Your exact timeline is confirmed once the party size and ready-by time are known, and it is scheduled so the bride finishes shortly before photography begins.
